LDPI deliver your general cargo and dangerous goods in  Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes area with its own vehicles: 19T and 26T trucks, 44T Slide curtains trailers or Box trailers and 25T  City trailers.  All these vehicles have a tailgate as well as the EURO 6 standard and some of them run on natural gas (LNG or CNG).

LDPI completes its services by deliveries with onboard trolley. Our interventions are possible within Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Burgundy Franche-Comté régions, with 26T carrier, City 11 meters and 13,60 meters semi-trailers.

For several years now, LDPI has been pursuing its development while respecting its social and environmental convictions.

The LDPI truck fleet is currently composed of 33% Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) vehicles. By the end of 2023, the fleet will be expanded to include trucks running on B100 biofuel.

Waste management on the sites is evolving and improving to recycle and recover more waste. By encouraging staff involvement (dissemination of internal procedures and training) and relying on a qualified service provider, LDPI is meeting environmental and regulatory challenges as well as the expectations of its customers.

Since the Brexit, but also for all international trade outside Europe, the ISPM15 standard is mandatory for wooden packaging, crates and pallets. This standard was established to avoid the contamination of plants (plants, trees …) by pests that can spread in the plant biodiversity of the country when importing goods.

In order to drive its own development and that of its customers, LDPI is building a new 18,000 m², latest-generation warehouse. Located 500m from the current sites in the neighbouring town of La Verpillière, the operation of this new building is already effective for part of the activity.

What does this mean in concrete terms?

LOGISTICS

Our storage capacity increases to more than 26,000 m², representing 30,000 pallet spaces.

CO-PACKING

Our co-packing activities, which are growing strongly, benefits from a dedicated 1,000 m² workspace that serves as a true packing workshop.

TRANSPORT

Cross-docking activities is enhanced by 30 dock doors and a dedicated area of 2,000 m² to meet national and international freighting requirements, and thus offer international bulking customers regular lines to more than 30 European countries. Distribution in the Rhône-Alpes region continues to be carried out using our own lorries and semi-trailers, some of which will be equipped with a tailgate or on-board trolley (on 13m semi-trailers, 11m City semi-trailers and 26t lorries).
