All notes, articles and works in general published on this site and protected by copyright, are the exclusive property of the LDPI company or the authors linked to it. In accordance with the provisions of the intellectual property code, any person wishing to reproduce the editorial content of this site with a view to communication to the public must imperatively request prior authorization from the Director of Publication. In case of no response, this silence would not be worth acceptance. The present site is a creation for the major part of its elements (logic, architecture, navigation interface, graphic creation, etc.).
Any reproduction of it, in whole or in part, with a view to a permanent or temporary communication to the public, which would be likely to create a risk of confusion with the present site, would be subject to immediate legal action before the competent court for unfair competition and counterfeiting. The French Data Protection Act
In accordance with Article 34 of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you. Thus, each person filling out a form may require that any information concerning him/her that is inaccurate, incomplete, equivocal, out of date, or whose collection or use, communication or conservation is prohibited be rectified, completed, clarified, updated or deleted.

The information collected may be subject to computer processing intended for :
– the constitution of a database of contacts,
– the sending of advertising messages,
– the realization of statistical studies…
